        I took something in to have printing put on it. I had to ring to ask if it was finished yet as it was past the due by date. They had to search for it, they couldn't do the job due to materials which was fine, but when it was returned it was damaged. I took the item in brand new and when I got it but it has a tiny chip, and several light ink smudges which will be too difficult to remove. I'll never recommend or use this company again. Thankfully the jewellers have stepped in to make a plaque for this gift, which needed to be big enough to cover the smudges.
