        Um. Would give a zero star but that was not an option. No wonder Uber has taken over. I would have used Uber, but not an option in Invercargill. Number 1 - the call centre is horrible and then the taxi pulls up and he complains he has to drop us off at three locations and gets really aggressive towards us. Drivers name is Ferg. Felt unsafe. Would strongly recommend just walking or calling a friend.

        Extremely poor service. 3 attempts to book over a 3 hour period...each time they said it was booked and didnt show. Then finally after reluctantly booking another taxi who arrived in 5mins this company rang and were upset with me for going with another taxi company. Maybe you need to improve your system? & your staff need to check why people are giving up on them & report the issues?

        Waited at McDonald's for an extended period if time. Finally served, driver was rude and belligerent

        Great service at such an early hour of 5.30am. Driver was so helpful with my bags and polite conversation on the way. Blue taxis are always the safer taxi to take.
