Rude staff member obviously didnt want to be bothered with a new customer. You aren't better than anyone just cos you work for a telco company. Not all of us understand how it all works, an attitude adjustment needed. Sticking with Spark after all

We visited invercargill shop last October. Great service from manager but he could not help with our faulty modem & 2degrees said we had no fault. It died so we've bought another modem but needed password to set up. The situation has gone down hill since. We have no landline & 2 degrees say they can't help as we've got a new server but it is them. We're getting no help on line at all. Driving us mad!!!

Tried going through Head Office to acknowledge what a "Gem" you have in Sheena, from your Invercargill store. Nothing was a problem when I needed a replacement phone on 30 December due to mine being lost!! She calmed me down, assured me nobody could use my old phone after resetting my old number, and found all my photos!!!. I have been in again with a couple of questions and she has quickly sorted me out. I can't thank her enough.
