I purchased wool while visiting Invercargill ... the lady was awesome to deal with. After returning home to the Waikato i wanted more of the same batch number and a ball of a plain colour to match. A phone call was all it took and a few days later the wool was received in the post . Fantastic service from the lovely lady in the store . Thank you.
