Just want to say a big thanks to Hailey and the folks at Hot Yoga Invercargill. Its made my 2 weeks of work in the area a fantastically positive and healthy experience. Both the staff and the participants were welcoming and supportive. Its actually difficult to state just how positive experience its been for me with out being horribly gushy. Thank you folks, I really appreciate it. Im hoping my work books me down your way again so I can join you again. I promise to continue my practise in the mean time
