        Gone down hill quickly. Always rebuked for remarking on the intensity of pain. Never linked several injuries in a short period. Disorganized and no plan or continuance of rehabilitation. Always quick to blame but never apologies for their errors. Sad as it used to be excellent.

        All the staff here seem nice and professional - with the exception of Liam, whom I had to use as a physio for several weeks. He would often leave me waiting 30-45 minutes then say that he had to explain the injury to the previous client "very thoroughly," then he would take me into the room, massage the wrong limb, and speak for 20 minutes about shark attacks. Haphazard, no proper plan for rehabilitation, seemed to get injury confused a lot. Nice enough guy but would not recommend him as a physio. Bonus star for all the other staff being lovely, unfortunate that I was stuck with Liam.

        I recommend this place. All staff are friendly and caring. I have an injury on my knee. My physio trainer explains in detail how I can how to help heal the swelling in my knee. Thank you also to the ladies manning the desk for offers of cups of teas. This is a very welcoming place in a beautiful setting.
