She was understanding to our whanau Tikanga (she removed her shoes) Our whanau found Denise to be friendly and adaptable for inspections ( if a whanau emergency occurred) Denise keep the communication professional also- notice on inspections, clear and notice on any professionals that needed to do work on property. Thumbs up for Denise Olliver.
