Tony and Dianne did a fantastic job with the builders report we recieved. Couldn't have asked for any better! The report was super detailed which is great, as now we can look at some of these problems over time, and fix them ourselves. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Tony and Dianne provide the best building inspection around Taranaki. Tony provided his expert advice and delivered a comprehensive report with all their findings in a very timely fashion. The detailed report includes all the small and large defeats around the property. I received all the information to make an informed conditional offer. Thank you Tony and Dianne, great service.

The survey process was very very thorough and professional. Tony went over the roof under the house and everywhere else, with his camera and moisture probe. Great attention to detail. Good discrimination of what is serious and what is not so much. These two are obviously very experienced. Recommend unhesitatingly.

Excellent service, highly recommended. It was very easy to contact them, and they arranged with the real estate and did the inspection within 1-2 days and the report was ready within 24 hours since the inspection was done. The report was very detailed and comprehensive, and thanks to that report we discarded one house that was full of issues (not easy to see by ourselves). They answered all the questions we had, offered more help and followed up in our process, going beyond our expectations.
