I got braces (along with other things sorted while I was there) from here years ago and ever since my smile has been my most comlimented feature. It is amazing how often people notice it. Alongside this it was just a pleasureable experience overall. The staff were all friendly and comforting for a scared teenager. I appreciated the tv on the ceiling too, made the experience even better!

I am a patient, but am a very busy working mum and have not been to them dentist in 3 years. I called to make an appointment in mid May 22 and was told that they didnt have any and I would have to go on the waiting list, it's July and I haven't heard from them, they then told me the earliest they could get my into the hygienist was February 23. The receptionist actually told me they didnt want to see patients with teeth problems, I said I was just booking in for a check up as I had been was obviously due for one, and she hmmmmmmmd down the phone. I wasnt overly impressed with their manner last time I went anyway, so went elsewhere today, had a check up, no teeth problems at all, and I was treated with respect and kindness.
