While they found the easy/simple solution to the repair I brought my item in for, it took 4 weeks for it to be completed and I was left with a hardwired power cord that measures less than 60 cm, not very useful for a professional guitar amplifier. It was a mediocre fix at that and there was little to no communication from their end. Even just getting a quote for the repair seemed to be a chore. While I'm glad to have my amplifier back and working, it seems like a bit of a run around to have the work done and I likely will persue other avenues in the future. 3 stars for getting the work done.
