We purchased a McConnel Robocut and have had nothing but issues, we currently have 6 sets of tracks sitting in our back yard and the machine is only just over 1 year old which says a lot about the machine not to mention all the other issues we have been having. (to many to list we also have proof of all issues).
We are not alone with these issues there is another 2 machines in New Zealand that we are aware of with these same problems and we are all fed up.
We have asked for replacement machines or refunds and got no where.
Why not come to the party guys this is an absolute joke and destroying our business.
