Disappointing Tudor Flooring have not arrived to fix the 'cracking' noise from the sub floor they installed under the vinyl when it was replaced under an insurance claim. When the boss says he will do something, I expected it will be taken care of. Have been waiting 3 months. It is obvious they are not interested in righting a wrong. Update: Fortunately the builder who managed insurance claim, Layton from Clelands, was able to perform a miracle with Tudor Flooring, initiating a fix to the flooring after a discussion with them. Two very hard-working layers arrived and ripped vinyl and subfloor out and replaced vinyl. The cracking noise was from an inadequately prepared floor first time around by the looks. Very happy with new floor and also, the correct coloured vinyl this time with the blue fleck. I thought I'd originally chosen the blue fleck. Marvellous!

I was there 15 minutes before the closing time of 5pm, also advertised on the main door, and it was locked, lights off and no message, explaining why closed early , so I went to a competitor instead.
