        1st experience with Pete and his son in 2021 was great and engaging. Thank you. However, the second and more recent experience to repair a an early damage after the 1st visit, especially by one of the staff was very rude, dismissive, frustrating and disappointing customer service initially to get the matter resolved. Eventually, the actual problem was identified and will be fixed in due course. Certainly, there is plenty of room for improvement for better and an engaging customer service by some of the staff!! Thank you, eventually got there.

        Highly recommend Dominator garage door. We book them to install a new automatic garage door, agree the estimated quote already. They come to check and advise us to keep the old one, just install a new motor with a little bit fix. Save us half price. The door now opens and closes smoothly. Wonderful, for my garage and my budget.
