Excellent gym. Excellent coach. We did classes for a week while travelling and also had a PT session with Josh. All were enjoyable and informative. He corrected our technique and explained the exercises well. Highly recommend

Great value for money and equipment. Learn to lift is a great program to get into power lifting. Josh had a great back to basics program coming out of covid. Cannot recommend more.

Josh is passionate about the gym, and has a sound knowledge and board range of skills to help you achieve your goals.
