Quality vs cost does not match unfortunately. Improvement to bed linen plus not expecting guests to strip beds etc, comfort of couch, installing a small dishwasher and having a small supply of breakfast supplies/or welcome pack, would even this out.
Off street parking good, however be mindful that parks are small.
Would only stay again due to location.
