Walkability: Close to the fitzroy the beach, and the walk and town.

Only downside for me was no decent coffee like a plunger or nespresso machine just instant. Also the pull out bed is probably only suitable for one person or children.
Walkability: Easy access to the beach and food options and little boutique shops. Bit mire of a trip into Central New Plymouth. Really easy access to the Coastal Walkway.
