After an extensive journey around many plumbing suppliers and various other businesses, searching for a part or a solution to a problem that could only be described as a conundrum, I happened on Think Water. Rob Featherstone and the very helpful Woman behind the counter launched into problem solving mode, and 15 minutes later I walked out with a most elegant and very reasonable priced solution. Above and beyond my expectations in every way. Thank you so much.

Where is the zero star rating? I called out Thinkwater during the Christmas shutdown period. They explained there would be a callout fee which i agreed to. What they failed to explain was that on top of that was also a mileage fee and on top of that they charged for driving time, not just the time spent at site. Then, they sent the furthest possible technician, probably the only one available but still the costs skyrocketed. I was happy to pay for the call-out fee as explained but the mileage and travel time on top was not explained and made the total bill over $700 for less than 1 hour at site. To add insult to injury, the technician didn't even fix the root cause of the problem. He never cleaned the corroded pipe leading into the power box, and after pressure was back up, never tested to make sure it was all ok. I ended up getting another company to come out, replace the power box, and ACTUALLY FIX the problem and charged less than half the price that ThinkWater has charged! Very unsatisfied customer - will never recommend and never use again. I have paid the bill to not get charged a 25% late fee on top!
