Great professional service..listened to us..drew up plans to what we asked..gave us a folder with the kitchen price and other stuff, we expected to go home and make a final decision on the kitchen plan and finalise everything but the folder did not contain the plan, when asked could they email the plan so we can look at it as we had only glimpsed it at the appointment, we were told they will forward the plans to us via email but we will be billed $1000.00..really!!?? Deal breaker..lost the sale of a $34000.00 kitchen all over charging $1000.00 for plans we had worked on together..yet other kitchen designers were happy to give us their plans..wow never heard of that before and we have installed a few kitchens in our time.

Love my kitchen. Kirsten designed it beautifully, she knew just what would work and had lots of great little touches that really do make a difference.

Kirsten and Rodney are two very professional business operators. Kirsten designed a new kitchen for us which we are thrilled with. Rodney helped us to remove the old kitchen and is a very experienced builder and thoroughly nice person. Kirsten is also extremely nice, helpful, honest and creative. Our budget was taken into consideration, our needs listened to and very clever and useful suggestions made. Alll in all a very stressless and enjoyable experience.
