On Gas

Don't normally leave reviews but had nothing but problems with these guys. I recently moved house and swapped providers for my Power/Internet/Gas all under the same company! As my LPG bottles got low I ordered a couple bottles. Guy came and told me that where my bottles were was not upto code, I got that sorted the next day and booked another delivery. I stated in my delivery instructions that there was a gravel drive way that was on a slight hill. First guy said that the driveway was "OK". However the second time they showed up the guy attempted to reverse up my driveway but was unable to reverse in a straight line and went up againt my corrugated iron that holds the driveway together and bent it. He then attempted to push a bottle up with dolly but couldn't because he was pushing it up on the part of the driveway that was loose gravel. He told my partner that they would be intouch and would sort something out with a smaller truck or something, a few days later I got a message saying that my order was canceled due to safety reasons. I called TrustPower and they couldn't do a hell of alot due to OnGas pretty much saying they won't come back and OnGas have charged us a callout fee. I have now swapped to Genesis and the guy came and dropped off bottles with absolutely no problem.. I would have loved to have everything under the same bill but these guys incompetence have forced me to change company for my gas. Thank you for coming to my Ted-Talk.
