Im really disappointed with the staff at Number One Shoe warehouse. I went Shoe shopping for the kids and None were willing to allow my 3 year old (who cannot hold the distance to the public toilet) use their toilet on premises, the manager behind the counter making strange excuse that no staff were on to take him, that it was just her on, when I clearly spoke to one extra staff member and saw another on the floor seeing 3 in total. A business whos target market is children, yet wont help in time of need. My child would not make it to the public toilet so had to wizz in the garden! wheres the humility?!
