Big shout out to the parts staff at Mach 1. Helped with exactly what I needed and parts were here the next day. Additional help with filters was appreciated and all done with a smile. Plus, the coffee is great!

I've been in your shop 3 times I'm newish to Taranaki and I'm a motorcycle enthusiast I have many bikes I bought some stuff of the shelf the first time and took it to the counter after no one offered any help i purchased about $400 of MX gear for my kids the other two times no one asked me if I needed help staff too busy socialising in the silly coffee shop with what didn't look like customers I stood around the trade desk for 5 minutes and the parts guy just kept looking at me and proceeded to do other things on his computer needed to order a part for my 660 Raptor I also stood by a bike on the showroom floor for 5-10mins looking it well over I was actually interested in asking about it but no one came over it was a week day there was several staff around and the shop was nearly empty other than coffee yupies I was a bike mechanic in the 90s and 2000s in a Wellington dealership and was totally unexpected behavior I won't return to your shop ever again I walked into one of your competitors shops the same day and was greeted instantly with a friendly smile and they helped me with what I wanted $300 sale you didn't get on the day due to neglect and poor staffing attitude not ok in a current retail environment I don't have time in my life to praise people all the time but when I'm disappointed in customer service this was yesterday your gonna hear about it champ wasnt a friendly family feeling I got being in your shop yesterday
