First house buyer breeze Making our first home purchase through Gordon went much easier than anticipated. Gordon was great at communication throughout the whole process so we knew what stage were at all the time. He was happy to work around our schedule to make things work and has checked in numerous times even after purchase. Would recommend!

Tawny is experienced, totally professional , great to work with and lots of fun. Tawny is a great communicator. Very easy to work with, respectful of privacy and provided excellent advice. Was lots of fun. I believed she would under promise and over deliver and she did. She certainly got a great result for me in less than three weeks. I would recommend her and Gordon to anyone.

Put offer in on house with Stephen Wilton Sales Associate and was told might go to multi offer but there was a deadline set at 1 o'clock on Wednesday. Our offer was in before then and we were told it would be presented on Thursday at 1 then Friday at 6 then again changed till 6 on Thursday. 2 o'clock on the thursday get a text to say gone to multi even tho dead line was 24 hours earlier. Get phone call Thursday to say will be contacted Sunday to be told what was happening . Lunch time Monday after not hearing ant thing I messaged Steven and was told offers were getting presented Tuesday??? The hole ordeal was really disappointing and disorganized. There was a huge lack of communication and In general we felt really mucked around and mislead. I wouldn't recommend buying or selling a property through them!
