My dog ate my CPAP mask. I haven't used that excuse since I was at school and homeworkless. Anyway, I called up to order a replacement mask at about 1pm, the lady was super professional, and asked all the necessary questions. Within 1 hour I had a dispatch email, within 19, I had the mask in my hands. Very happy with the service.

After a couple of goes with c pap machines from other suppliers I have now had 12 months of use on the small travellers machine from Eden Sleep Clinic. No problems!!! I have it in the caravan on 12 volt and at home on 240 v. They are a pleasure to deal with and back up advise is fantastic. I highly recommend Eden Sleep Clinic in New Plymouth.

Strongly recommend EdenSleep for anyone suffering from sleep issues. I rented their CPAP devices before purchasing one, and every interaction I've had with them has been great. They ship the products very quickly, replace anything faulty (I had an issue with my CPAP hose) and offer replacement masks for free if you buy one and don't like it, you just need to send your one back.

Have now been waiting two weeks for a refund... initially told that the money had been refunded, waited a week, called back to find out where it was - the receptionist told me someone will get back to you this afternoon, waited another week before calling back only to discover on phoning that no refund had occurred. Apparently the refund was actioned yesterday- told that it would show in my account within an hour..... 24 hours later still no refund. On calling to find out yet again where the refund is I was told "to be patient" .... two weeks to action a simple refund is patient! An apology from the person dealing with your now very unhappy customer would have gone an awful lot further than the patronising be patient. FYI still waiting for the refund
