Do not deal with this woman. She wont quote you on the work and at the end of it present you will and astronomical bill. As well as that she will use Baycorp to try and extract more money out of you. Avoid her at all cost and believe me it will cost! The invoice of $3700 was paid in full so don't make out like you haven't been paid because you have ....your just miffed because we didn't instruct you to order or go ahead with any other work and you took it upon yourself to order stuff.

Thank you very much for your professionalism, care and knowledge. The windows you created for our home as they are absolutely gorgeous. They have been a great discussion piece and we have always received such great feedback from all who have viewed. Every part of the design, construction and installation was always clearly discussed and agreed upon. The price you quoted was very reasonable for the very exceptional windows you created. Thank you and I look forward to you coming and undertaking more projects for us in the future.
