        We would like to give a big thumps up to the Godfreys at valley. What a amazing team. They helped me choose the perfect product based on our needs. When I used it today it did the perfect job both on the hard floor and rug. We would like to highly recommend them. You guys rock

        Very, VERY happy with the service I received from Dan. What an awesome guy and sorted me with a great product AND sorted the Afterpay for me so it was more affordable. Spent about 10 minutes just having a real nice chat with him afterwards, great customer service - a credit to Godfreys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

        Extremely helpful and friendly. I was well advised on replacement shampoo's to work with a machine i had purchased online. 2 weeks later, the suction cover nub broke off and i took it in to see if i could get a replacement as i had an inspection of my rental coming up. The gentleman assisting me replaced the cover in order for me to continue with the carpet cleaning, instead of me having to wait a week or so for a replacement! Fantastic service, highly recommended. Thank you for your assistance, you have gone the extra mile and it was appreciated!
