Before I came to Tim I was struggling with over loading my plate and taking on too much, I was struggling with work life study balance. He helped me to put strategies in place to prioritize the important things and not stress about the unimportant things. I especially like the core strength program the insight this tool provides is eye opening and rather revolutionary when it come to communications and working with people be that work relations or personal. Tim is very kind, knowledgeable, understanding and relatable.
