        South Taranaki Animal Control - huge disappointment after our cat was attacked AGAIN by an irresponsible owners dog. This wasnt the first complaint. Dog was returned without a menacing classification and is continued to be walked off lead - because injuries werent deemed serious enough to warrant any decent action. Its a shame you leave matters like this for the public to deal with because you are incapable. After speaking to TWO ACOs in a neighbouring region this dog shouldve been slapped with a menacing classification, required to wear a muzzle and be on lead when in public. Pure laziness and disregard for other peoples animals that are in harms way. Rate payers pay you to do a job, so perhaps you may consider DOING IT PROPERLY! If our cat is harmed again due to your negligence we will be seeking legal advice.

        Emailed STC to get a replacement rubbish bin lid as ours had broken in stormy weather. I got an emailed response the next morning and a replacement lid within a couple of days. I also got a follow up phone call from STC checking that the lid had been replaced and all was good. Thank you Jan & Rosemary for your quick response your service was awesome
