        I didn't like the progressive lens that they put in and without any questions or fuss they got me back in, tested my eyes again and ordered a different lens. I am very happy with the result. Thank you so much for doing that for me.

        Wow, wow wow. We have been clients of Hawera Eyecare for 5 years now. We tried a new and more expensive range of lenses for my daughter 18 months ago. It has been a great move with some eye sight improvement. These lenses started to delaminate so we went to order new ones. The lovely Sonya took it upon herself to challenge the manufacturer of these lenses because she was not happy with the longevity of them for what we paid. She did this with no pressure from me and it is wonderful to have such advocacy from our local optometrists. Sonya didnt give up the challenge and we have had a positive outcome. Thank you Hawera Eyecare for your thoughtfulness and going the extra mile.
