Worst not even worth a star...try to find out how to get 6yr old austic child the covid vaccine Reception lady had no time or empathy and all my wanted was to talk to someone about how we go about it....then wife gets told after a scan to see if she has blood clots and not on anything to make sure she rings her doctors and get the results urgently so she did 1st time the receptionist said she will send a note and the doc will see it as soon as she gets back wife rung back this time it's was the same receptionist that was no help about covid vaccine she answered she was more worried that the wife didn't turn up to the appointment she canceled tho the wife keep saying it was urgent but the doctors are to busy will try and ring her back at some stage....only thing they never do ring back so who knows fingers crossed there is no blood clot

Is no stars an option? The doctors seem too busy and don't have enough time for the patient. Lack of empathy, terrible mistake made on filling out a form and didn't follow up on emailing medical certificate for employer.

Had a doctor that couldnt fill out forms another one who almost refused..over charged and charged twice for the same thing..glad to move on from here..wish id read the warnings
