Due to their poor customer service, four days of my time was wasted, wrong model of alternator was ordered firstly, then charged me more money on the second order, even the delivery has been delayed because of the wrong address given by them. This garage doesn't complaint to it's suppliers or the post system, it only leaves the damage to it's customer. There was an old man in this garage was very rude to me, he even grabbed a hammer smashed on something after making an argument with me, I wasn't sure what he has smashed on, maybe on my new alternator as I had seen him grabbed it and put on the table at front of himself while he blocked my view. It was the most unpleasant car fix experience for me until now. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Update: After I have put these comments on Google, the owner of this garage phone my work place (he knows where I work) and verbally abuse me today, which is unacceptable. Update: I have reported his behavior to the local police, I don't tolerate any kind of abuse. Service: Electrical
