Bout Time Brownies

My experience was nothing short of the best example of customer service. There was a little hiccup online which resulted in a double charge (nobodys fault), yet Sarah was super quick to point this out and personally get in touch to clarify and rectify. By that point, I was already impressed but it gets better Sarah offered to personally deliver my order in New Plymouth (free of charge), and included a free sample of *very delectable* coconut brownies. The peppermint brownies I had ordered included a personal greeting card inside and packaged up securely and beautifully. AND THEY ARE THE BEST BROWNIES EVER! Could not recommend Bout Time Brownies more! 100/10 thanks again

Sarah was so helpful with my brownie order. Im in the UK and wanted to send a treat to our NZ relatives. She was responsive on email and even helped get everything sorted when I got the delivery address wrong! My relatives said So glad they made it. And by the way they taste soooooo fricking good.
