Very bad service, lady driver was a very dangerous driver, I was scared for my life

This morning around 4:45AM I was driving to work along powderham and one of YOURE vehicles just pulled out on robe street. Into Powderham Street, DIDNT EVEN STOP AND SEE IF ANY VEHICLES WHERE COMING! just about making me crash into YOURE COMPANY CAR, and the person behind me, i had to slam on the breaks and pull into the other lane,or I would of crashed into the back of the taxi car! Im lucky the person behind me wasnt going fast!! You had to give way and didnt SO USE UR EYES, or dont drive the taxis cars! Definitely will NEVER go though this taxi Company!!!as you cant drive

We had placed a booking well in advance to make in time for an appointment. Waited 15 minutes and noone turned up. I called them and was told I was in queue! The staff on the phone was very rude and dismissive. Simply said if you're going for an appointment or going to work, call them..call them and tell them you're late. This ia totally unacceptable. ACC needa to remove them from their provider list. I would never use them again. Ever!

I just had the most phenomenally racist taxi driver who spewed some serious misinformation and incredibly awful opinions on everything from indigenous rights to global warming. I was trying to tell him politely I do not agree & hoping he would shut up..but he kept on dribbling absolute trash at me the entire trip to the airport. He became visibly irritated when I was opposing his hateful comments - and I felt unsafe during the trip. The cab also took a really long time to arrive after booking & I will not be using your business in the future.

Worst experience we have ever had ordering a cab. Ordered two for two diff groups of people. First one turned up within 5 mins. Great. Half hour later second one hadnt arrived rung them to be told it was canceled due to taxi turning up and no one there. We were standing on street so a lie. They ordered another and half hour later still not there. One pulled up diagonally to where we were standing to drop someone off. I walked into street to wave it down where they did a u-turn and drove off. I then rang company again to be told were still trying to organise taxi and cant control what their drivers do and they hung up on me. Now 1 1/2 hours since original order I ordered through another company who turned up within 10 mins and cancelled my taxi. Worst service ever
