Highly recommend! Needed a laptop for my Uni exams online and my laptop broke. Needed it during lockdown for a certain date and they sent it much earlier in case there were delays. Super considerate and accomodating! Laptop came sterilised too; extra bonus!

Being a music composition student, I rely heavily on my gear and software to complete my assignments. Unfortunately, I was prevented from doing this during the recent Level 4 lockdown, as I got stranded in a different city while visiting my parents. I had no access to my gear or software. Eventually I found out about RentaMac, and they were able to provide me with a temporary Macbook to work on. The machine was in fantastic condition, the postage process was seamless both ways, and I was able to make significant progress on my assignments. However, I have a more important reason for writing this review. I don't normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the high level of customer service that I couldn't skip this one. Lincoln was amazing throughout the whole process. He was very prompt in responding to my emails, and he has genuinely been one of the most kind, helpful and understanding people I've ever corresponded with. He is (to use the technical term) an absolute legend, and his service and professionalism was exemplary in every aspect. Long story short, if you need a Mac device to rent, this is the place to go. Hands down.

we needed a last-minute Mac for the extra editor to come in for a couple weeks to do some work prior to Christmas. Didn't matter that we're in Auckland and Rentamac isn't. They were a pleasure to deal with, esp Lincoln who promptly answered all my queries. the machine was as advertised, the order process was straightforward and delivery was prompt and extremely easy.
