I have 12 days left of capsules and I still have hot flushes that can be quite embarrassing. This is my second bottle, my first worked a treat. Please give me reassurance another bottle will help.

My best advice to a reluctant user is to buy 1 bottle and try it. I was super skeptical at first and now? I won'tgo without my Meno-Me. The time when I couldn't take them prior and post hysterectomy surgery, I noticed the hot flushes, terrible sleep (more than usual) and the mood swings. Getting back to my Meno-me post surgery was a game changer.

I have suffered sleepless nights and night sweats for a few years, I accepted this as my new norm. But more recently I started getting multiple hot flushes throughout the day and night. My doctor was keen to put me on HRT medication but I wanted to try something natural first. A friend suggested I try MenoMe and to be honest I noticed an immediate change within 2-3 days. I purchased the Lots-a-Locks as I was concerned about my hair which had thinned out a lot after a period of intense stress (also age related 53). Was super super happy with the results, I have about 3 inches of brand new hair growth all around my hairline and the top of my head has thickened up beautifully, I now have thicker hair than before the hair loss.
