Green School New Zealand

After four years struggling to find his place in the public school system, our eldest son was starting to slip away from us. Despondent, unengaged we could see, despite honest efforts from his teachers, that he was only going to get worse. Since starting Green School we have our son back. Never before has he asked to be dropped off at school early!! The staff are so supportive, engaging, and there is a strong, positive community culture. We are so grateful for Green School NZ!

Green School New Zealand has been absolutely life changing not just for our kids but our whole family. I can not speak highly enough of the teachers, facilities and amazing community. Never have I experienced so much connection so quickly. I excited to see the journey unfold.

The founders and schools leadership vision for education (in its largest life skill sense) and what that means for the worlds young leaders is outstanding. Green School Taranaki is a futuristic educational utopia. We moved cities to send our son here and our expectations have been surpassed. Walking through the campus, even though it is yet to be complete, I am often overwhelmed by the vision and beauty. It is a much-needed revolution for an old system. I love picking up my son at the end of the day when often times he is barefoot, dirty and smiling. There is not only a connection to nature but also to the unknown future our kids face. Children are given grounded education and modern technology in addition to a holistic experience. The community is the one I've been yearning for as an ex-pat living in New Zealand for nearly 15 years. The other families have been so incredibly warm, welcoming, genuine and fun! My partner and I cannot say enough about the school and community. We truly love it. As does our son.
