        This is a special beach. At least three generations of our family have swum here. It's sandy and flat. At the end of the road which is also the boat ramp, the beach is remarkably free of boulders and makes for excellent swimming and body boarding. There are crumbling cliffs overlooking the beach, so don't picnic to close to them.

        Do not go there at night had a car come in pull up right behind us with its lights on and sat there until I started the car. It was only us in the car park was about 7pm having tea. Who does this park right behind a car at night with their lights on. Another time a car parked behind the boat club facing us while we were eating they just sat there staring not facing the ocean no facing us. So just be wearing at night as there are some nut jobs out there.

        Reasonably safe beach for swimming, no big gulleys/trenches. Nice for beach walk or taking dogs out. A boat ramp also.
