Dynamic Building Limited

We used Dynamic Building for our large daunting 64sq metre extension. This was a detailed and complex architectural design with features that tied the new extension into our existing 1935 bungalow. We found Ethan through word of mouth, and after a few meetings and going through the pricing process with him decided he was the builder for us. His positive attitude and outlook, ability to think outside the box, integrity and honesty kept this process a positive experience. Ethan always kept the lines of communication open so that we were involved every step of the way; his attention to detail & design was excellent. There were certainly challenges along the way for him - including a four-week lockdown & material supply issues. However, Ethan managed these in his stride; even liaising with our architect for a quick re-design of our roof structure to cater for lack of roof spans which never arrived. We have developed a great relationship with Ethan and his crew over the course of this build, and would hands down recommend this dynamic and genuine kiwi bloke. We are thrilled with the end result and will certainly be using Ethan again in the future. Service: Custom home design

I hired Dynamic Building to reline a damaged shower cubicle. Ethan proposed a cost effective and hard wearing solution, based on his years of industry experience. We are very happy with the result - Ethan and his team worked efficiently within one day to complete the work, with the inevitable unknown issues that cropped up dealt with appropriately and within budget. Ethan, from dynamic building, is a top class builderwhy. * because his workmanship is very high quality, and achieved in a timely manner..fast * when he runs into a problem, he doesnt fudge a fix,, he thinks outside the square and comes up with very innovative solutions * He is so adaptable, easy to get along with,, and willing to quickly adapt solutions to any change of plans,, nothing seems to be a problem to him * he feels like a friend already! And no,,,,he is not a relation,,, I didnt know him two weeks ago
