On arrival to this lodge we picked up our keys from the information centre and traveled a short distance down a sealed driveway to the lodge.
The lodge has two kitchens back to back which consist of an oven, fridge, hot water califont, pantry and cooking utensils and a microwave. It has 6 bedrooms with single beds/bunks in each room. There is a large open plan dining area in each of the divided dining rooms with enough room to sit 20+ people on either side.
There are separate male/female bathrooms with two showers, toilets, hand basins in each.
There is a heat pump on the northern and southern end.
If travelling to this lodge I would suggest bringing a nice warm sleeping bag, jandles for the bathroom, some rubbish bags, tea and coffee.
