        The young lady was very inviting, we had chattered in the phone earlier.She explained how the machine worked and was delivered and installed the next day.Just wish I asked afew more questions before purchase.

        My latest (and last) purchase from Dimocks was a dishdrawer dishwasher. The final straw was when I phoned within a week of installation to let them know the bottom draw wouldn't stay open (always rolled closed). They refused to come back and correct the installation so that the dishwasher would work as you'd expect. Very disappointing as I was committed to supporting local.
