I have been using Stratford Autopro for 3 years now for warrants and services and have no complaints. I cannot comment as to price as I have not asked for quotes with others but it is 5 minutes walk to my house or they give me a loan car if I have somewhere to be. Recently my brakes completely failed due to a malfunction with the parking brake and although no parts were available with Toyota or generic parts, they persevered until the found something second hand which took my careless state from a possible 6 weeks to one. Like most people never happy to part with my money but this is my first breakdown since I began driving in 1980 so can't complain.

We had some poor service here we went there for the first time as our car oil was leaking he fixed the rocket seals and said he will let us know if there was something else that would he wrong with the car whilst it was there we didn't her a call we didn't yet a call we took the car back home and the oil was still leaking we took the car back he had told us that it was the old oil a week later it was still leaking we have taken the car to another machinice and was told it needed something else
