On my way to waitara my phone had died and lost Google. The lovely lady there wrote down instructions so I knew where to go. They were exact in detail and brief so I didn't have to keep looking at them. Great to know there are still helpful employees out there

Bought a pie. It was ridiculously hot. To the extent had to run hand under cold water where the filling spilt out. Thought we would do the descent thing and rang immediately to warn them and maybe check that batch. So it wouldn't happen to anyone else. Got told it was better than a cold pie and it couldn't possibly be hot. what an attitude if it had made it to my mouth or given to a child it would have caused serious burns. I am a ex piemaker/baker temp of pie after 10mins still around 70 degrees and it had a bite out if it. No steam vent in the pastry the problem. But the attitude is even worse.

We entered their shop to buy coffee and some stuff when this lady with glasses and short hair came to us and told us there are public toilets just across the street! Which was really rude because why would someone be coming over to us to tell us just that? Im wondering is it because were Asians? This happened December 27th 2022 prolly 1:48pm.
