I ordered 4 subs and was told it would be 15 minutes. I had to wait thirty minutes before I got my order. Many people went in and out while I was still waiting. This is terrible

Ordered online and after arriving at the pickup time the order hadn't even been started and then on top of that the staff had attitude. Not the first issue with this branch, they just don't seem to care about customer service.
