        Rung them at 11:15am on a Saturday , when they answered the phone he didnt state the business or his name.just said hello! He replied what did ya want buddy? I Asked if they could do a puncher repair. He just said they are closed, I didnt even get a chance to say, your website says 12pm close on a Saturday and he hung up

        Poor service. I called the shop up regarding about fiting and balance my good second hand tire. Well what a mission to get the price of what it would cost. ( every other shop told me over the phone with no problems.) Shame on Dean on your customer service skills, will be telling everyone i know to stay clear. No need to to be talking like that to customers i ended the call very quickly.

        I broke down on the motorway just down from this mechanics- they kindly towed my car in immediately and fixed it the same day, allowing me to get back to Wgtn at a reasonable time. These guys were incredibly kind, hardworking people and I'd thoroughly recommend them.
