        If you're looking for a surprising place for a delicious lunch, this is the place to be! The staff members are really kind and nice, the food is home-made and really yummy, the restaurant is beautiful, quiet, peaceful. It will be a great memory of our trip in New Zealand. Can't wait to go back there! Thanks you for this amazing lunch, lucky are the people who will come to the Caf 487!

        En route to Stratford, we spotted the Cafe sign and turned in on impulse. To be honest, our expectations were not high as we turned off the highway. But how wrong could we be. The driveway opens out to a beautifully manicured park llke setting and inviting historic building. The staff were really friendly and very accommodating to a vegetarian request. The food was just top-notch. Couldn't be happier and would certainly make a point of visiting again. Note ... Slinky is very well traveled!
