Been trying to sign up here for years and they never seem to have doctors horrible service from the nurses really rude highly dont recommend

A little bit of a wait today, but was very worth while. What lovely staff. Nurses are awesome. Didnt have to see a Dr. Receptionist ladies are brilliant.

Had the most horrible experience here with the practice manager Kathryn Smith and a receptionist Rosemary Sutherland who are both racists. They have a duty to provide easy access to health care to tangata whenua in accordance with te tiriti but they denied my 2 year old medical care because she was with me instead of her pkeha father who the receptionist is friends and neighbours with. Back in 2021 when my daughter had an appointment the receptionist told another worker to change my daughter's ethnicity to mori because they would get more money that way. My daughter is not your centre's paycheck and you don't change her data without my consent. In June 2022, I called to ask about my daughter and make an appointment for her if necessary- this receptionist Rosemary Sutherland hung up on me. I called back again and she hung up on me again which caused me to go in and see what her problem was. When I entered I could see her making eyes at the practice manager to signal I was standing at reception. She did not deny hanging up on me twice. The practice manager tried to gaslight me and threaten me with the racist local police who like to shoot Mori dead for no reason. They ignored my Privacy request for the camera footage and recording of the phone call of what happened in an attempt to stop me from holding them accountable. Now they are posting fb posts using mori pics and words in an attempt to make it look like they aren't racist. They also blocked me from commenting on their posts because they are trying to hide from being held accountable. It may take me a while but I will ensure you are both held accountable for treating myself and my daughter this way. Racist colonisers.
