Need more checkouts open long lines of people

We are quite use to shopping at Waitara New World, and the staff are very polite and helpful. Produce is easy to locate which makes shopping a pleasure.

I used Waitara NW catering to supply salads and burger patties for a BBQ for 70 people. Kirsten in the deli department and Christoper in butchery did an outstanding job. I particularly recommend Christophers brisket and lamb patties, outstanding on the BBQ!

I enjoy the interaction with the great staff customer service @ NW Waitara. Most staff acknowledge my existence with eye contact and/or a smile - SUCH an important way to make a customer feel important!! Nothing is ever a problem to them instore and it is always a clean, friendly relaxing place to shop. Because i am "mobility unabled " i do have difficulty with the trollies being so far from the parking. Under the tree next to the disabled parks, there is ample room for a line of trollies to complete my happy place to spend my time & money! Yours sincerely Jan Randle.
