More CA quarterly coaching sessions have been hugely beneficial for our business. It gave as directors a platform to look objectively at the numbers and create clear and concise goals and the necessary steps required to get there. Our sessions consisted of reviewing and evaluating the past quarter and KPI's. As a business owner it gave me a chance to see the big picture of our business. I found an immense amount of value in all that we covered in each session. I highly recommend.

Like anything you have never done before, I was a bit unsure about Business Planning. Once the session started, I quickly realised their was nothing to worry about. I really enjoyed the one on one session, and was able to talk openly about my business. I would highly recommend business planning as it allowed me to set achievable goals that I can measure my success against, and this helped me see where my future is heading. As a relatively new business we have tended to be more focused on the 'now' rather than building our business for the future. We recently realised that we have achieved the goals set out when we started our business, and that we did not have any future plans, or a solid business plan. More CA's Business Planning Session gave us clarity and direction for our business. We established our goals and SMART actions that will help us towards achieving our five year plan. We found this session extremely valuable and highly recommend Andrew - both as a business coach and our accountant.

I changed to Andrew and More CA as my accountants when I launched my people development coaching and training business full time in 2012. Highly recommend the Business Planning service offered by MoreCA.
