        The communication and overall experience with these guys has been outstanding. I've been in New Plymouth for a long time and one thing I find with many businesses here is that they don't get back to you. You have to keep chasing them for updates. But Janko kept me informed every step of the way. Even when they were making very little progress on fixing my computer they'd call and let me know there were delays and it was taking longer. So I never had to guess, I always knew where things were at. And my computer is nice and clean and shiny and purring like a kitten (not literally) but it's going really well.
