        we had a tiny home built for my mother. These guys were an absolute nightmare to deal with. Basically had to refuse to pay them to have the house done as it should have originally been done to start with. Then back and forth emails for months to have damage to our property repaired after the delivery guys damaged our front fence. We had the first king studio made because we wanted a 9x3 which they didn't originally offer. The one on their website is my mother's and they are very misleading and have some fake testimony underneath the photos of our house. I do not recommend going through this company there are plenty of options out there now. Do your research don't buy in to the flashy marketing and the sales pitch find somewhere genuine.
