I spent over three months working with Marcella. Marcella taught me a great deal about my eating habits and making healthier and more nourishing choices. She also assisted me in working through personal issues and gave me numerous insights into my feelings and how to approach situations. Marcella is lovely, knowledgeable and provides the tools and expertise to help you achieve your goals. I would recommend her to anyone!

Although initially I went to Marcella for weight loss, I ended up getting so much more. She helped me get back on track with self-care and exercise. I ended up getting back into yoga which I have always loved and even started meditating. She taught me that taking time for myself is crucial to my health & happiness and to my families. When I felt like giving up, she was there for me to kindly but firmly remind me why I came to her in the first place. I really enjoyed my sessions with Marcella. I loved our talks and felt like I made a new friend. Thank you so much for everything. You are an amazing woman!
